Summerfest 2007 La Jolla (all Month)

Celebrate Dance Festival (all Month)
When August hits the heat turns up in San Diego with the annual Celebrate Dance Festival in Balboa Park. Free to the public, the festival boasts a 600 seat indoor stage at the Casa del Prado Theatre and the outdoor Prado Stage near the big fountain. America's Finest City Half Marathon (Aug 19)

Encanto Cultural Arts Festival (Mid Aug)
Encanto Cultural Arts Festival will kick off its annual celebration with five outdoor stages, respectively showcasing: Jazz, Blues, R&B, Gospel and Multi-Cultural entertainment. The event, which begins at 10am and ends at 8pm, encompasses more than six city blocks on Imperial Avenue from 62nd to 68th street with plenty of family fun. 619-266-0936

Festival of Sail 2007 (Mid Aug)
The event will feature tours of tall ships, entertainment, vendors booths and one will be able to view the Parade of Tall Ships in the harbor at mid day.
